Before Helix existed, our founder Dillon spent seven years in operations management — running a surgical center, coordinating teams, navigating bottlenecks, and watching revenue leak through operational cracks nobody had time to fix.
Armed with a B.S. in Healthcare Management and hands-on experience building AI-powered automation systems, he started Helix to solve the exact problems he spent years fighting manually.
